Worthless upgrade?

My good friend you clearly have never heard of "E-peen Factor", and on top of that if you have nothing else to spend your gil its cool.

Most people don't care about HQ, especially when the upgrade is only 1INT and 5MP, but its WBS, A.k.a White box Syndrome.
