Decent footwear imo. The increase to Triple Attack rate is nice and the CHR bonus will help with Dancing edge (which has a mod of CHR:40%).

Despite the diminishing returns on Double Attack/Triple Attack. These stacked with ASA pants of 3% Haste and Triple attack +2, and possibly a nice Fane.. You have a nice TP set there, without sacrificing too much Haste.

Assassin's Poulains + Homam Corazza + Max Triple Attack merits and you will have 12-14% triple attack rate. a Must have for any TP build on thief in my eyes
