Great amount of enfeebling for the hands slot. Great for sticking para/slow etc in solo/low man situations.

Almost a cruel irony, as other mage jobs would adore that amount of enfeebling on NQ, relatively easily obtainable gear, however it doesn't affect Repose. (Repose is divine based)
