As far as head slots go, this is one of the best pieces of gear out there. Places where weather is constant or for a vast amount of time like Dynamis, this rocks! In dynamis i can have a free fenrir, or cheap diabolos. Regardless of the -3 to avatar perpetuation, the -3 sec to Bp timer makes this a great piece of gear. I personally swap in evokers horn for BP, then switch back to this after.
