If you are aiming get this hat to replace wizards or whatever because you wanted to do more damage, then you will be very disappointed. If you did'nt know already, elemental magic skill does not make your nukes stronger. Intelligence does. To show you proof I tested this on sea mobs soon after I got it. I did 20+ less damage on nukes than using wizards.

However, this is a good piece to use on mobs that have a high resistance to magic, like gods or other end-game activities because of the magic accuracy givin by the elemental magic skill.

The elemental magic skill on this hat is very nice. The enmity- stat is too, making it the premiere choice for endgame BLM headgear.
