I just purchased these on AH, the description and picture says that the NQ has Ranged Attack and the HQ has Ranged Acc. The picture on Wiki is incorrect.

Azulmagia, these gloves are better than battle gloves because of the higher defense. For DNCs and BLUs, two jobs that solo decently well, this can be useful.

I got these at 55 because I hate the way Battle Gloves look with Scorp.Harness or Magus Jubbah.
