Being a THF you shouldn't be too worried about getting enmity because you should be Trick Attacking those onto your tank and the +enmity would be great for TA.

I would hope that any Thief in a position to get their hands on a pair of Homam Manopolas would know better than to use them for Trick Attack. Barring astonishing luck (and if that's the case, I hate you!), you'll have the AF+1 materials to upgrade to Rogue's Armlets +1 before you see Homam Manopolas. Simply put, Rogue's Armlets +1 boost your AGI by 15% when attacking a mob with Trick Attack active. They are the superior choice for all your Trick Attack related needs.

This is a pretty good piece for all the jobs listed, despite the Enmity +3. 3 enmity won't make too much difference for DDs unless other pieces of enmity gear are stacked with it.
