It's worthy to note that while these are excellent for Hexa Strike (and all other WS due to the added STR), these also supply the largest boost to Cure V from all hands and enmity reduction on par with the best. Spell interruption rate down indirectly included.

Healing Magic Skill +15 > MND +1 from the Blessed Mitts +1. These, as of the 85 cap are by far the best curing mitts IF you are capping Cure potency at +50%. If you aren't Augur's gloves are better. Either way, an amazing piece.
