For MNK this is really a viable option for DD'ing even at level 75, if no BRD is casting Minuet on you (in that case you wear Minuet Earring), and especially if you play Elvaan like I do and welcome every bit of accuracy+ gear :-)

But don't forget to NEVER wear it in Caedarva Mire or Dynamis, or you'll have just the opposite effect you were looking for ;-)

it's not the opposite, it just negates the acc +3 bonus you would have got (acc +3 static)+(acc -3 from latent)= acc 0
it's still a useless slot for melee in dark weather regardless tho
