This Earring is really good for Tarutaru PLD in sea. sea can't be controlled and as long as signet is up you get the 40mp to hp. same goes for all outside nation's control items

Spawn area: Around the "L" pit in the South, anywhere around it.
Drop rate: Low. I'm 1/6.
Uses: DRK zerg build, THF SA macro. I wouldn't personally use it for converting HP=>MP on PLD.

MP > HP convert on this item does NOT work in Whitegate areas or in the Shadow Realm areas. Having Signet on does not effect this earring regardless if your nation or another controls the Conquest area. Strangely it DOES work while you are in your home nation.
