Great earring for its lvl, the Fowling becomes a preferable replacement later on, but until then this one will get you going, not to mention IF you happen to have a bard in party, it becomes a astounding piece of equipment. I certainly recomend it.
Great earring for BLU to macro in for casting physical spells in place of the Brutal Earring which is useless for spells, but don't forget to put the Brutal Earring right back on after the spell, do not use Minuet Earring while building TP or for Weapon Skills.
