If you're using a single top, unless your accuracy is absolutely horrible and you cannot hit a single thing, the Jubbah is the better choice, bar none. Decent HP, MP boosts, considerable STR and DEX, and an incredulous +15 to Blue Magic skill -- this is the *only* piece BLUs can use to get magic skill.

Of course, the *best* thing you could do would be to macro this guy in for spells while building TP with SH.

Yes this piece is great for BLU, a total must-have for spells. But seriously, stop TPing in this. Get a SH, macro this in for spells, and stop making the real BLUs look bad.
