IMO Best armor you can get for PLD at until Gallant Surcoat @ 60. Quest is in Bastok "Brygrid The Stylist Returns" need to get corresponding armor which changes for each person but limited to set choices ffxi wiki has info. Also need corresponding Subligar dropped by Fomor. Good piece for any race!
