Overall, this is the best body piece for most jobs that can use it. For WAR DRK and BST if you don't have a Adaman Hauberk, this is the next choice. The best DD body piece on NIN and as for SAM I agree it should be a Full timed thing.

The 5% delay reduction can only be beaten on strong and evasive monsters. If accuracy sucks, alltime Haubergeon+1.

TP askar body or something else with double attack, crit. hit bonus, or store tp on it.
even outside of abyssea tho.. most content is geared for lvl 75.. so acc shouldn't be as huge an issue.. the 20 eva down is more detrimental than the 12 accuracy gained would be (seeing as how most jobs eva caps at 300+ these days anyways)
