What you need to keep in mind is that if you're a DD, you're not losing 10 attack in your TP set; you're losing 26 attack, because instead of this, you could be wearing Amemet Mantle +1 for +15 attack and +2 STR.
If you're thinking of getting this, carefully consider if the +10 ACC is worth the -26 ATK for you. In certain situations, it probably is. In merits, it probably isn't.
PLDs get some great options with this piece. First is a HP down set for self cures and the second is an alternative back piece for an Atonement TP build. Cuchulain's Mantle might be a slightly better piece for TP, but that all depends on the overall build.
What Ravi said. I'm all for going for a little less attack when your hitrate isn't capped, but the 26ish attack is a significant portion of your attack and might reduce your PDIF by more than the accuracy will up your hitrate.
I think if your a DD -30HP on your TPbuild Set doesnt matter especialy if you already have ~1200+ base HP.
-10 Attack are realy not awesome but its not the end of the world on a ~500 base attack, especialy if in add you have Berserk ability or a BRD in your PT.
The back slot is welcome to take this Accuracy bonus, since you cant have anny Haste bonus on a back slot items.
Its an alternative way to take a cheaper +10 accuracy for use on TPbuild set if you dont have a Peacock Charm.
