Yep, since War subjob is the only subjob you should be using as PLD in EXP parties before /nin, /dnc, and /rdm become viable in EXP PT situations late game (73+, though some swear by them as early as 70), this earring makes the best out of that ear slot as possible. This combined with the Buckler earring @ 35 will fill your ear slots til endgame earrings become available.
