If I had everything I wanted I'd use shadow cuffs+1 for int enfeebles and bricta's cuffs for mnd enfeebles. Too bad I don't and so I'll probably be sporting these for a while >.<

Bludgeon is physical. Magic Accuracy doesnt affect the accuracy of Physical spells, this is proven fact, my god. Second, due to fSTR and the fact that the CHR mod is very low, even if Bludgeon were even remotely worth casting, there are much bettter pieces. Furthermore, due to the lack of INT these aren't as viable for Magical spells, where Yigit still have a strong lead on these.
I think what people are saying that yes these gloves are good and a lot easier to get but they benefit Slow, Paralyze, Silence ect. more because it has MND+3 and Macc +5. Any ways these do a very good job for Bind, Gravity, Sleep ect... I know this because I have Morri hands and I notice a big difference in landing enfeebles on higher level mobs. The only gloves that beat Teal, Morri, and Bricta's Cuffs in INT bassed enfeebles (Bind, Gravity, Sleep, ect...) is Valkyrie's Cuffs and Shadow Cuffs because they are INT and Macc+ gloves.
I do agree with Enochroot that these gloves are Bricta's Cuffs -1 but again these are much easier to get than Bricta's Cuffs, Shadow Cuffs, Valkyrie's Cuffs and Morrigan's Cuffs.
Awesome AH choice for rdm for landing enfeebles. MACC helps all magic/song enfeebles and nukes land. +MND and +CHR help rdm/whm land mnd based enfeebles and BRD land songs better (Choral cuffs +1 might be better idk)
Like anything all gear is situational. I picked these up for myself for landing enfeebles.
I'm not sure why Catastrophe got rated down, he's absolutely right. Argute Bracers beat these in every way you can look at them. So yes, Scholar can do much better.
These gloves are better for MND based enfeebles <the ones with the sphere next to the spell>, like slow para silence...than INT based enfeebles <vortexes>like sleep bind grav ect. For the obvious fact of the MND +3. These are also great for INT enfeebles <vortexes> due to the fact that there aren't many choices for rdm. @ Averal: this seems to be a case of the blind leading the blind. Mommysboy wasn't specific enough. and to insult someone that is right...Luckyseven. Everything you said Averal was incorrect. You are the definition of a Rdm that has no idea what they are doing. Why the hell is Luckyseven rated down? Also, even more so why is mommysboy and Averel rated up? /sigh
What do you mean these would be great for int based enfeebles, when they obviously have no int on them? The mag acc would be nice for any enfeebles, and these would be even better for spells like para, slow, silence etc than they would for int based spells.
All in all, these gloves are great for any enfeebling spells in areas where you cant use master casters.
