Not all MNKs have BB. For those that don't, this will allow them to get closer to the haste cap as a "fill-in" piece until they attain BB. Alternatively, a MNK with BB can attain the true haste cap (~25.6%) with turban, these gloves, BB, Byakko's Haidate, and Usukane feet.
@Gira: PUP relic hands are better (3% haste for both master and automaton, plus DEX+2), so these would only be a good choice for PUPs who can't get Pantin Dastanas.
Usukane head (3%), Aurore hands(2%), blk belt (12%). Usukane legs (3%), Poise Shoes (5%), Tiercel Necklace (1%) is capped haste 26% for Poise shoes, footwork magian weapon users. Or you can use Ancient torque/faith torque instead of tiercel necklace and use byakko haidate instead of usukane legs for the same capped haste. Turban isn't really needed anymore to cap haste even without 5/5 usukane. Use the usukane head instead as its better then W.turban in these situations.
Aurore is good for Magian footwork users.
could actually combine these with the head to hit the 25% haste and lose the turban that so many peeps sick of while getting more stats on a head piece.
