The first etching can have a maximum strength of six of a dark sided element for the solid upward triangle.
The second etching can have a maximum strength of 4 on a light-sided element for the solid upward triangle.
The third etching can have a maximum strength of 3 on a upward facing and open triangle.

What i made was a hat that gave magic defense on the solid triangles then reduced casting time on thunder based bard songs. This gives 5% fast cast and ~2% faster casting time on marches and madrigals. Note: you can pick any element for bard songs it's just the evolith for thunder was easier than the NM for Light.

This was tested to give 2% FC, unless there is evidence pointing to the contrary, its not that great.

Possible the new best Debuff/pulling head piece for BRD? CHR and MACC for landing with the +5% fast cast makes this excellent
