Suprising noone has commented on this, but these pants, while indeed ugly as sin, have great utility for RDMs like myself who have been unable to get ahold of anything better for debuffing. Especially given that these are AH gear.
And considering I just un-retired RDM after not playing it for 5 years, I am unsure if anything is out there that is better for debuffing.
@Jackieolivas Morrigan's Slops or Augur's Brais are king for debuffs. If you don't have those or Mahatma, it might be worth it to sacrifice 1 MND off of Errant or Jet for the 6 Macc, though it depends on what you're doing most often I suppose. Even in Abyssea, 6 Macc might very well beat out 1 MND for potency, just to curb occasional resists.
