	ummm no not best Rudra's storm. ur best bet is still aias bonnet or the helm form Kupo d'Etat. I have rudras storm (90 emp dagger) and attack and tp are modifiers along with dex i should know i hit around 3-6 k with it and ive hit as high as 11k on some NM's 2011-08-12 15:21:50
