	Looks like a nice piece for Monk. With Black Belt and AF3+2 Legs and Hands you can swap out the head for this and stay capped on Haste. 4% HP and Attack seems like a good tradeoff for the Subtle Blow and buffed Perfect Counter on AF3. 2011-05-11 02:57:59
