This is the obvious winner over all belts for RNG and COR TP builds. "Snapshot" is ranged attack's haste, and we all know haste is sex.

It's the best belt to begin your shot with, but you're going to want to switch to something else before the shot fires. I personally use impulse belt then swap to bucc belt for the -enmity.

With this + AF3+1, my shots do not go over 3 seconds w/524delay bow, from start to snap. (Unless RS procs.)
