Drops from Long-Barreled Chariot (D-11/12) Abyssea-Altepa who spawns among the Surveyors every 10~12 minutes after death.

His normal melee attacks have additional Blindness.

Will use "Homing Missile" which resets enmity on anyone he hits. Highly recommended stunning this move. Keeping Shellra & Barfira will mitigate damage.

Also uses "Discharge" (AoE lightning dmg +Paralysis). Having someone to paralyna immediately will make a big difference in the difficulty of this fight.
