Marcro this along with Tumbler Trunks in your Dancing Edge marco and watch out... 10 DEX, 10 CHR, and 18 Attack total from those 2 slots alone.

An Exceptional ring for Weaponskills like Dancing Edge.

Its also rather decent for BST's Primal Rend if you don't have a +6CHR Ring.

And, in the same light as the above, pretty good for Sneak Attack as well, if you don't have the +6Rings.

Also a nice cheaper alternative for the Bard on a budget. The other +5 CHR ring (on Leviathan at least) is upwards of 200k.
