the subtle blow is good, only reason y i want this thing. been equiping alot of subtle blow gears recently and notice a big difference.
normal mobs do not get a chance to pull of a ws at all and it just really helps with NM ( even more if coupled with inhibit TP of Chi blast or ninjutsu).
