	This drops from Rogue Receptacle in Ro'Maeve, spawns past Eastern Moongate and respawns every 2-4 hours. It is a Lottery spawn from one specific Magic Flagon that jumps from room to room, the NM itself spawns in the Southwestern room at the bottom floor. NM spams Double Ray at <50% and has Triple Attack and Enlight effect on attacks, Happy Hunting! I got this drop today after popping NM doing FoV page 2, 1/5.
