Dropped from Shinryu in zone Abyssea - Empyreal Paradox quest: "The Wyrm God" To do it you have to have All 9 Abyssea quest bosses defeated and All 6 Caturae defeated. Chance of Twilight Mail/Helm/Knife/Cloak/Belt/Torque/Scythe Adaman Ore and Zircon and possibly other drops. Info came from Wiki.

Well in all seriousness, Great piece, obviously, more interestingly, it has straight accuracy also and refresh. Depending on weapon type it's quite possible to crank out around 32 acc. That's superb, and on top of that it's possible to retain that accuracy with weaponskills as honestly, who doesn't want STR, DEX, VIT etc +15 AND 30+ acc.

Looks like for the jobs that can equip it, it's quite possibly the only piece they'll be carrying.. till the next update anyways, nice of SE to throw it at DRG also, peep gunna like that.

The Auto-reraise is 100% from the set and is RR3.

This has to have the worst droprate of anything in the game. 93 Blue proc's (no joke) on a TH6 THF, and i've never seen it drop in my droppool yet.
