	Once you pass 30 +Cap Your skill is gimped a bit. Sol Haveing Macc is better if you passed your cap. If you get this it will replace 2 items Weskit and Errent for BLM. 2009-06-25 11:22:35

	The Magic Acc on this peice is greater than the elemental magic skill on the weskit, or atleast equal to it. I've seen some tests with 500+ casts per setup showing Macc > Enfeebling skill, so I would assume it would also be > elemental.
