As Prometheus said, it is do-able to reach 50% without a body:
Surya's +2 (22%)
Orison Cap +2 (10%)
Fylgja Torque +1 (3%)
Orison Earring (2%)
Roundel Earring (5%)
Orison Cape (3%)
Serpentes Set (5%) OR Augur's Gloves (4%)
That's 49%-50% without a body. A body doesn't need cure potency to be useful for cures, and this is a prime example. When it came out, so many people told me "So useless... no cure potency..."
Go figure! This turned out to be the best curing body, and yes, an Orison Bliaud +2 setup will do better than a 50% cure potency setup with a Facio Bliaut (ie: Surya's +2 (22%) + Facio (up to 14%) + Augur's Gloves (4%) + Orison Cap +2 = 50%). The amount healed will be slightly lower, but the stoneskin effect given will put it ahead.
Enhances "Afflatus Solace" effect: Increases Stoneskin effect from Cure spells from 25% to 35% of the cured amount. Must remain equipped to take effect.
Set: Augments elemental resist spells: Bar Elemental spells will occasionally nullify damage of the same element.
in pure SE fashion, this is 'situationally' better/worse than other options (nobles):
trading 10% of cure from hp to stoneskin could absorb enough dmg for tank /nin to get shadows up - also if your cure tops off a players hp it would be better to give that hp to stoneskin
Edit: I did not realize how easy it was to cap cure potency without using a body slot. this is not situation - nobles is obsolete.
