Stupidly low chance of getting it as well. 4 days and counting, the casket itself is rare to get alone but most the time it's full of medicines with the off-chance of containing jug pets, cells or ammo pouches. Just don't get your hopes up in getting this fast. Mine took at least 40 hours before I got it.

Not sure how on earth it could take 40 hours to farm this is 2015. Though we haven't had casket kupopower on Phoenix this year until this week. With the power in it's taking me 1-3 hours each to farm the torques I'm missing. This is coincidentally, the last one.
