	Highly recommend targeting the higher level Anticans. I started in the level 50 area, took 80 Thief's Tools, and opened 200+ chests in a row over 6 hours. I spent 30 minutes in the level 70 area and got 2 drops in back to back chests. 2024-08-31 20:51:46

	I did some testing with this item months back, I posted on the ffxiclopedia talk page. check out the testing on that page, but the long and short is, this should be "Latent Affect: Leathercraft skill +2" as it only functions while under the effect of PAID synthesis image support. just wearing it, or wearing under free support does fook all. 2012-09-09 00:43:45
