miku why would you use emp +2 for nuking? i mean it does have a lot of macc but cybele pants are better. but imo this does replace cybele for sch

The augmented pair adds an addition 30 seconds to Tabula Rasa making a total duration of 210 seconds (3.5 min).

If your Sch is as pressed for inventory spaces as mine is, this is a decent replacement from Cybele pants for nuking, helix and 2hr activation.
