The addition of enhancing magic is significant because of the small boost it will bring to the already significant enhancement to bar spells. The legs remain the best AF2 piece for a whm to carry around.

Fantastic item. Not only does it buff Barspells, but it adds the Enhancing Magic stat to buff Boost spells in case you have difficulties leveling Enhancing magic and haven't reached Boost cap. Every WHM should be working toward this item.
