	It's worth getting if you already have BLU leveled, the Jubbah in your inventory. This piece is the backup to most pieces, and I'm using it right now because it has a great Refresh bonus. I get 5 MP/tick refresh when I wear it and I use Battery Charge, so it's worth using if you're a BLU who focuses more on support play. The accuracy and attack are good for when you get caught in a fight along with the STR and DEX 2013-06-11 09:18:03
