just tested these, Proc by getting hit. seems high proc rate on first testing Flee was procing every 2-5 hits on T.Weak mobs. tested naked only wearing boots
As I always state when commenting on anything clothcraft- I'm trying to make a buck. These aren't for kiting and such the way typical +movement speed gear has been. You bet fajin boots beat these. Congrats to the math experts that 18%>12%.
Ideally, you have both. Fajin are free, and you might have already had striders/trotters if you played THF or RNG. Consider these as merely a functional upgrade of the latter for mobs that run faster than 18% (which do exist). The fleet effect does kick (upon getting hit) in at a decent rate.
Oh and for the record. I have several +movement options, including fajin/crimson cuisses for my RNG, and still have held onto a pair of these for myself after crafting them. I like the security of the flee.
Again, I'm trying to make a buck. So weigh that against my comments.
These would have been nice and worth the gil over Fajin Boots if the latent was able to be active like say in <100MP or somtthing to that effect. But as it stands i can justify these over Fajin Boots. Yellow flash said Ballista and tbf thats one of the only uses that came to my mind also :/ or am i missing smething?
