For RDM, they had to sacrafice offensive stats when macroing in PDT gear. This actually has decent offensive stats and the PDT. Good piece for RDM solo.

53% PDT (nighttime to put you at 64% but caps at 50) I left out Dux +1 hands because melaco mittens give the same pdt and will be a lot cheaper to obtain. The only + is the accuracy assuming you're fighting something remotely higher level and aren't capping acc on through pdt but take that as you will.
I can't think of a use for vit shikargar anymore after you have all of these unless you want to use shikargar then swap in shadow mantle for cheviot and replace another piece. I'm sure other combos can be thought of for switching out other slots also.
edit: clarified post and got flume belt's pdt mixed wtih mp conversion from damage.
If your RNG gets hit by melee attacks you doin it wrong.
And yeah i know alot of tp moves count towards physical dmg, but then again, are you fast enough to switch gear while idling at 15 yalms before said tp attack hits ur RNG?
for WAR/PLD/DRK/BST/SAM/DRG, this entire set is inferior to many, many other sets. Phorcys, Avants, Ogiers just to name a few. RNG also gets no use from it, situationally good for BlU and RDM. Doesn't even come with a set bonus, very disappointed in SE.
