Ninja New Spell
Wanted to know if anyone knew where they droped off of.
Doesn't sell in norg, I'll save everyone else the journey
Kazham maybe like monomi?
Not at the monomi npc
Still no one found Kakka: Ichi scroll?
Does any of the scrolls actually sell anywhere? Maybe they're going back to their Utsusemi: Ni and Phalanx ways.
I don't know, Can't seem to find info on it, anywhere
If I had to wager, it's probably from one of the HKCNM fights. Not entirely positive though, so don't get your hopes up too high.
one for sale on AH on Bismarck, so its been found
Im assuming its in one of the WoE zones thats where all the new spells are being found
Don't even bother getting it.
It's like Migawari, doesn't even work with Iga +2. Shiva.Temaruma said: » Don't even bother getting it. It's like Migawari, doesn't even work with Iga +2. LULZ Valefor.Neokenesis

Shiva.Odaka said: » So please don't just read Migawari then think im trying to derail thread. Everyone is saying that Kakka may not be that good. But extra TP gain no matter how little it may be will still help in the long run. As long as it works w/ universal tools I will be using it. Kuroganashis comment, on said page.
{Please check it.} Then look at his Empyreans. Then you'll understand the sarcasm in Temarumas' comment. Rerail this thread after this, please. Someone got from Yatagarasu T1 VWNM jeuno path.
http://www.bluegartr.com/threads/104509-Voidwatch-Discussion/page49 So for those that have bought it(currently 500k on my server), do you feel it's worth the price?
If the tools for it are readily available (I haven't checked to see if Kapor Logs have been found yet), and the extra Store TP gets me stuck at 99% TP less frequently then I'd say it's worth it. It was only Store TP+10 though according to BGWiki, and I have no idea how STP math works, so idk.
The universal self-enhancing ninjutsu tools don't work for it?

I'm guessing most have found all info on this but it drops in any woe flux (low drop rate of course). Also stp is multiplied by the tp per a swing on weapon. I'll use Sam as a reference.
Sam has base 40 stp with traits and merits at 90, say your using Masamune which is 11.1 tp a swing, take 11.1 and multiply it by .4 this will equal 4.44 drop second 4 after the decimal add to 11.1 which equals 15.5 so 40 stp on a weapon that gives 11.1 a swing will give 15.5 tp a swing. Any stp is added up then put into decimal form 40 =.4 87 = .87 and so on. Hope this helps. Phoenix.Kirana

A little stp math:
Assuming Kannagi/Kamome and 50% dual wield for a base delay of 98 per hit, and assuming rajas, brutal, +5 stp kitty pants. Base TP gain = 4.31666666 no iga back, no kakka (11 stp) = 4.7 = 22 hits iga back, no kakka (16 stp) = 5.0 = 20 hits no iga back, kakka (21 stp) = 5.2 = 20 hits iga back, kakka (26 stp) = 5.4 = 19 hits Worse case scenario, kakka still gets you to 100 tp 1 swing faster. If you are not using iga back, it gets you there 2 swings faster. Edit: Essentially, it's not worth casting mid-fight, because you will lose more than 2 swings by casting it. No reason not to cast it before a fight, however. Offline

Btw it is usable with universal tools and lasts as long as myoshu.
