The FFXIII code from first run PS3 editions allows you to start with Asuran Armbands in FFXIV.
Asuran Armbands increase tool/weapon effectiveness for low levels.
Some people have spare codes they aren't using. I have a spare beta key to trade with immediately, or gil to trade for one after September 1st, Sylph only.

wait there is a ps3 beta version? how do i get it?
Ps3 beta of FFXIV has not been released yet, and probably won't be until the retail version of PC is out.
No release on a PS3 Beta release yet. It will be the full version though, but I'd assume keys will be VERY scarce.
